Gas-grilling is much faster but the taste is standard. While charcoal-grilling is strenuous however the taste is just exceptional. Charcoal-grilling can provide you with that elegant crusty, caramelized exterior and smoky-wood flavor. Brush a little application of oil or barbeque sauce to prevent food from sticking. Utilize tongs to work the food and spread it out all over the griddle to grill equally. After griddling, to extinguish the coal, shut the cover and any openings of the grill. Before cleaning, leave griddle to cool for 48hours. Never throw in water to stop steam from crying up.
